Jealous of Goedele's book's good reception, Boma decides to publish something himself, about the only subject he knows: an auto-biography. Soon realizing he can't write either, he enlist ghost-writer Marc, who alas unearths mostly facts Boma finds too embarrassing. Carmen is so furious she won't be mentioned that she decides to write an alternative 'gutter press' biography. Fernand enlists a greenhorn lawyer to sue Boma for slander, although no manuscript exists yet..
