A comedy of errors starts when Maurice decides to put up his ancestral castle for sale. Boma accepts to give an interview to a female reporter. Fernand has a bone to pick with Boma, so he sends his man-eating niece to seduce him for his money, exaggerating his villa is a castle. Xavier hears of the plan, which would allow the niece to make Boma sell the soccer-field, and enlists mark to sabotage it.
